Compromise is probably not my greatest strength, and while there are many good things in this bill, there are many things that I not only dislike, I detest, but that is kind of the rule of how compromise works... I probably will not say this too many times in my career, but I intend to vote for a Labor-HHS appropriations bill, and I appreciate the process we went through. I think it is a reasonable compromise given the differences we have between the House and the Senate and the President, and I thank the leadership for that.
