I also read, in response to the gentleman from California [Mr. Horn], some questions that were in a Federal HHS survey that asked ``Have you ever had sexual intercourse? During the past 3 months with how many people did you have sexual intercourse? Did you drink alcohol or use drugs before you had sexual intercourse the last time?'' This is an HHS Youth Risk Behavior Survey that was in middle schools.
