The text of the amendment is as follows: Amendment No. 15 printed in House Report 109-387 offered by Mr. Souder: Page 143, after line 11, insert the following: (1) Section 704(c)(2) is amended by inserting ``and the head of each major national organization that represents law enforcement officers, agencies, or associations'' after ``agency''. Page 143, line 12, strike ``Section 704(c)(2)'' and insert the following: (2) Section 704(c)(2). The Acting CHAIRMAN.
