I believe every business that can pay more should absolutely pay more. There are many small businesses that are closed that used to pay less, and they cannot make it. That is really what I am talking about. I would have liked to have seen some sort of adjustments to code to help low-income people who are just starting out, particularly young mothers who are often divorced or single and trying to make it. I would like to look at it. This is not the way.
