in the legislation that hopefully will be before us tomorrow, Congresswoman Hooley and Congressman Kennedy and others were dealing with international, with drug kingpins. We have had many Members dealing with how to control the pseudoephedrine and some of that, but we still have some bills that we need to look at. Congressman Gordon and Congressman Boehlert have a bill on EPA because one of the things is this collective impact on water systems, and when we think of it, it is in the forests and it is up high and it is going down, the cumulative impact of all these little labs is fairly damaging from an environmental standpoint and yet they are not the Superfund sites that we deal with. But the workplace question, I believe, is the one that we are going to have to address next year. And I believe the gentleman from Iowa and Congressman Peterson have also been huge advocates of drug testing, and we have to understand that drug testing is the best deterrent in the workplace. This is where the meth battle is going to be won or lost, because if employees take meth at the workplace thinking they can produce more, the only real way to do this is targeted education at the workplace and, in effect, a check of responsibility.…
