I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 16, line 7, strike ``and''. Page 16, line 13, insert ``and'' at the end. Page 16, after line 13, insert the following: ``(xv) will work with eligible applicants receiving a subgrant under the State entity's program to support the opening of charter schools or charter school models described in clause (i) that are secondary schools;''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 576, the gentleman from Indiana (Mr. Messer) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Indiana.
