I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: In section 3(b), strike ``and'' at the end of paragraph (3), strike the period at the end of paragraph (4) and insert ``; and'', and add at the end the following: (5) an estimate of the cost per taxpayer of the annual deficit for each year in which the supplemental unified budget is projected to result in a deficit.
