Discussing the premise of physicians basing therapy on reimbursement is just--it's almost an insult to the medical profession.

I would urge CMS to scrap this proposal and come to the table with stakeholders and look at other ways that we can address patient medicatio...

Cutting provider reimbursement without addressing the ASP is just the wrong approach.
