But that said, I have strong concerns about some of the bills before us for consideration which do not include the Hyde Amendment protections--prolife protections that have been in funding bills, preventing government funding for abortions.

I do find it fascinating that some of the same groups that support total conversion to electric vehicles are also the same groups that are working to block the mining of minerals such as cobalt and lithium.
Can we not agree that entities benefiting from the discounts need to show the American people what they are doing with the savings?
