I mean, to me this hearing is astounding, honestly. And I hate to admit but in the 4 1/2 years that I have been here, this is not the only Government agencies that we are hearing, testifying in front of a Congress saying they are establishing new policies. Sorry we messed up. Sorry we did this. Sorry we did that. And you know why? Because there is no accountability.
