I totally agree with him. We have passed, over the last few Congresses, through the House what is called the REINS Act.
if the Federal Government gets more into this space, which is being proposed in H.R. 3, is that you will indeed have financial decisions being made by different administrations that may very well limit access based on the Government's perceived value of your individual life and the lives of the American people as a whole.
I applaud the committee for beginning the process of reviewing what has been accomplished by the unprecedented steps made by the by the administration.
I do think that it is important, when we look at any source of energy, we look at the entire lifecycle of that product.
