The Clerk read as follows: Mr. Banks moves to recommit the bill H.R. 842 to the Committee on Education and Labor. The material previously referred to by Mr. Banks is as follows: On page 14, line 21, strike the quotation mark and the period at the end. On page 14, after line 21, insert the following: ``(j) A labor organization shall not communicate with an employee regarding joining or supporting the labor organization if the employee is not authorized to work in the United States.''.
