all jurisdiction for fossil fuel lies within the Subcommittee on Interior, not this subcommittee, Subcommittee on Energy and Water Development, we have other energy issues, but not fossil fuel. The Strategic Petroleum Reserve is in the Interior jurisdiction. I served on that subcommittee when I first went on appropriations, and that is where we dealt with it then and that is where it ought to be dealt with at this time.
