This is absolutely not an amendment to get rid of the NSC. This just simply brings accountability and transparency into a very important agency, into a White House that has taken this to no longer just an advisory agency role on behalf of the American people who we serve. I ask my colleagues to support this amendment. I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR. The question is on the amendment offered by the gentlewoman from Indiana (Mrs. Walorski). The amendment was agreed to. Amendments En Bloc No. 2 Offered by Mr. Thornberry of Texas
