“I will remind my distinguished colleague from Indiana that Notre Dame was undefeated this year. It was a very successful season, and we'll just put that on the record. Mr. Speaker, I am deeply humbled to represent the people of Indiana's Second Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives. Today I speak for the first time before this Chamber and on their behalf. To the hardworking Hoosier families in north central Indiana, thank you for sending me to Washington.
