David Hogg: “We agree that we need to end gun violence in this country.”

Voters see clearly that many of our politicians are serving their largest corporate donors instead of the working class. Younger voters cannot fathom voting for a status quo that has never served them.

It is undeniable, though, that with less Democratic members it gives Trump greater ability to pass what he wants through Congress. And this never had to happen.

We have empowered the cruelty of Republicans and handed them an expanded majority because elderly Democratic leaders refused to step down. It is unconscionable.

Where are all the 'we can't afford it' politicians, now that we're on the brink of what could be another multi-trillion dollar war?
