I yield to the gentleman from North Carolina. Mr. McHENRY. Madam Chair, I want to thank my colleague from Arizona (Mr. Quayle) for offering this amendment. It's a very sharp amendment, a very thoughtful approach to securities law, a very thoughtful approach to crowdfunding and the idea of allowing average, everyday investors the same opportunities that high-net-worth individuals enjoy in this country. I thank the gentleman for working on job creation and job growth.
