Mr. President, we are fortunately moving forward on this issue of extreme importance to the security of the American people. These are necessary procedures we should take to do everything we can to ensure our safety, to publicly discuss and debate the issue of terrorist threat and the measures the people's government is taking to defend our country and to defend each individual American from being a victim of terrorism.
