Question No. 2 was about which county he lived in, and I think they got that right. Question No. 3 was to include his previous employers. Well, the only previous employer listed that was accurate was misspelled, so Doug said: Well, how do I answer that? Question No. 4: Our records indicate that you purchased pet insurance in the last 2 years. What is the name of your pet? I mean, you can't make this up.…”
