American industry would like to go over there and are going over to South Africa. All I am saying is rather than send American taxpayers' dollars over there, let us send American industry over there and let them mine these natural resources and send them back here to the United States of America. That is the way to build that economy. they have a great industrial base. I have been there. I did not read it in a book. I have been there, and we do not need to be sending American taxpayers' dollars over there to the tune of $600 million over the next 3 or 4 years.
