The situation right now is if we want information, we have two choices. We can go through all the court records, as the gentleman just mentioned, which is a very cumbersome task, or we can go to the Federal LSC offices. Only 8 percent of the cases are really divulged by the LSC. That means 92 percent are not. They already have those records at the local LSC office. We put protections in there for the battered wives and so forth.
