There are 24 million small business people in this country that have been suffering dramatically under the burden of overregulation and paperwork. This bill takes a giant step toward eliminating a lot of the problems they face. This is supported strongly by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. I think it is a great bill. Its time has come, as the gentleman from Washington (Mr. Hastings) has said.
