I guess the point I was trying to make is I know it would take a long time because we are behind the curve, but if the United States got with the program like we should have back in the seventies, we could be almost energy independent right now.

Each one of those drilling sites, if they drill and they find oil, it costs up to $2 billion to drill there. And if they're not going to make any money, they're sure not going to do that.
