“With this report out, there are simply no more excuses keeping the DoD and FAA from immediately implementing and exceeding the urgent safety recommendations handed down by both the Army and NTSB.

These 30,000 Bureau of Prisons employees deserve fair wages, safe working conditions and the right to collectively bargain for both.

This Administration must follow the law and honor its obligations to these workers.

This is wrong on so many levels and a clear conflict of interest.
