I commend my colleague from Alaska--and particularly since he is a former banker-- for his comments about interest. We are really at a fork in the road where we are going to determine whether we are going to have higher interest rates in the future or lower interest rates. It was very interesting that the Wharton School, last Thursday, projected that if this passes, 30-year bonds would drop from 6.5 to 2.5 percent. That is a very, very significant thing that I am sure my friend from Alaska understands. I am not here guaranteeing that is going to happen, but I do not think every projection is that interest rates are going to go down if we pass this. I think it would be a great boon to our Nation.
