Roland Burris: “The National Guard State Partnership Program is completely integrated into EUCOM's theater engagement strategy.”

But how do you reconcile that with, we will begin to assess it?

So you could then withdraw one battalion or a squadron can go home and say, 'well, now we've started our withdrawal,' and then we halt it to see because we don't know what the conditions are?

Thanks to the same old political games.

Let us not abandon those men and women.
