Even if you had a corporation that was incorporated in Illinois, it still has to have a registered agent and you still look to the registered agent of that corporation, have the responsibility on that entity that is called the agent of that company and that agent should know every player, have a picture of every player, have a document of every change in that entity and therefore you have your strings, as Senator McCaskill was saying, to really pull on.
