Does the Second Amendment provide this right?

Administrative subpoenas should not be weaponized by the whims of whoever sits in the Oval Office to spy on Americans.

Many militias seem to believe that there's a constitutional right that allows for the violent overthrow of the government to take it back for the people. Does that right exist?
