Thank you for the information on the Safety Justice Act and education. The two really go hand in hand. If our young people have more skills and are educated, then I think that we will see less crime. We always say, in my area, ``Nothing stops a bullet like a job,'' so thank you for that information and for all of your hard work. At this time, I yield to the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Lee), a woman of great knowledge and experience, and one of my heroes.
