It is very good, a very good record. I am impressed. I am very, very impressed. They have done a great job. There has been in Iraq free training provided to 22 Iraqi health professionals and 8,000 volunteers. Yet a $278 million cut, 68 percent, to the health professionals training program here in the United States. Now, what is it that Iraq needs about the health care training of doctors and nurses and technicians that is not necessary here in the United States? Any thoughts?
