the Department of Transportation is releasing the rest of the emergency funds needed to repair the Skagit River Bridge.
The idea that one government establishes a tax and says the hell with everybody else is not right.
The high speed rail in four years, we have invested $12 billion. That's just the federal money.
They need to come to the table with a proposal.
