We are not going to get $1 as long as there is language in the appropriation bills that says no Federal money can be spent on California high-speed rail.
I wonder if something mechanical took place, Anderson. And, the way that it appears to be descending, it appears that they -- the pilots lost control of the plane and it descended very, very quickly.
The reason that California wants high-speed rail is because the Governor wanted it. A Republican Governor, Governor Schwarzenegger, started that program.
