We think this is a very lousy, bad policy that they should not be doing.

We are not going to let it stand in the way of that, but to make sure that everybody knows what the facts are.

I think passing a bipartisan bill reflects the very best values of the Senate.

That's a good place to start, not by one government saying, OK, we're going to tax you all.
