The idea that one government establishes a tax and says the hell with everybody else is not right.

We remain strongly opposed, on both legal and policy grounds, to the imposition of ETS on U.S. and other non-EU airlines...

We have had a little hiccup here, but that is not going to stand in the way of this project moving forward.
