It's going to be expensive to build the high-speed rail. If that is the figure today, that is the figure today.

It's going to move goods more efficiently; it's going to create jobs for the economy up in Vermont.

We think this is a very lousy, bad policy that they should not be doing.

The idea that one government establishes a tax and says the hell with everybody else is not right.
