The answer is $300 to $500 billion to get us back to being number one in infrastructure.
They need to come to the table with a proposal.
We remain strongly opposed, on both legal and policy grounds, to the imposition of ETS on U.S. and other non-EU airlines...
The high-speed rail, in four years, we've invested $12 billion. That's just the federal money.
