“Today, I am proud to speak in support of H.R. 5405, and I do want to thank Representative Fitzpatrick from Pennsylvania for his important work on this bill. Among other things, this bill will help encourage capital formation at small and emerging businesses. These tools helps businesses expand their operation and, most importantly, hire more workers. The business, in turn, receives a large boost in productivity, enabling them to expand their reach and invest in new technologies and equipment.
