Did you notice something? Did you notice that, for the past 2 years, the President of the United States has said that if we were going to have a deal, it was going to be based on full disclosure? But after that, Mr. Speaker, you know what we found out? There are two secret deals. There are two secret side deals, side arrangements, that we have not seen. Now, think about it. There are two alternatives: either this is sacrosanct between the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Iranian Government and no one is allowed to see it under the law--no one absolutely; it is totally confidential--or it is not. Now, how can it be, Mr. Speaker, that some elements of the administration have been briefed on those documents but they have not been disclosed to Congress and they have not been disclosed to the American public? How can that be? I will tell you how it can be. Because this is absurd. The administration has not disclosed material information. And so why are we here today? Why is Chairman Royce managing this time? Why are we contemplating this resolution that is brought forth by Congressman Pompeo and Congressman Zeldin?
