In a nutshell, this bill does three things then: It extends the time period for contributions to Haiti for attribution to a 2009 tax return; it extends the contribution until April 15th for contributions to Chile for relief efforts for the 2009 tax return; and, as the gentleman from Oregon mentioned, it cleans up this ambiguity as it relates to contributions on cell phones. It is well thought out, it is timely, there is an urgency to it, and I urge its passage.
