my only point is that the 2009 date, and that is a fair observation on your part that it's not going to happen tomorrow, but if this becomes law, it's going to happen no matter what. So even if the SEC comes up and sends a signal flair and says, hey, this is going to be a train wreck, this is going to be a real problem; and we're going to see more and more companies either going private, unwilling to go public, which is sort of the subtext of a lot of what's going on, or ultimately going to Europe, my point is that this will not stop.
