“I rise to correct a statement which I made on the floor in the course of our previous 2 days of debate, the beginning of debate, on this legislation. At one point, it was no more than a simple typing error in a computer printout. But we now have the correct numbers, and I would like to introduce them to the Senate at this time, as against the data I presented on August 8.”
