May I add, not only honest but a courageous man. In some 21 years on the Senate floor I have not heard a more refreshing and inspiriting statement. It is not surprising coming from the Senator from Utah, but it is all the more amazing. There are few places in this world today where such a statement could be made and praised. It is a tribute to you, sir; also a tribute to the U.S. Army, I believe. But we will not get into that. I thank you for your remarks, sir.
