Well, there will be the formal dedication. There will be, I believe, the National Symphony. There will be a musical. It will be a day-long event. And I hope people will find time for it. There is nothing like it that will have happened in our city--well, for those who do not know the history, the Federal Triangle was moving along very well. The crash came, and they stopped--boom--they just stopped. Now we have finished it. President Kennedy envisioned it. President Reagan made it possible. And we are naming it for President Reagan.
