Mr. Chair, I rise to offer my amendment No. 61 to H.R. 4820, the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2024. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, enforce, or otherwise carry out the following: (1) Executive Order 14037 (relating to strengthening American leadership in clean cars and trucks). (2) Executive Order 14057 (relating to catalyzing clean energy industries and jobs through federal sustainability). (3) Executive Order 14096 (relating to revitalizing our Nation's commitment to environmental justice for all). The Acting CHAIR.
