Again, in a moment of self-awareness, we are a bunch of straight White guys talking about social justice. When did a social justice agenda become a bad thing? Again, who am I to say, but weren't the leaders of the civil rights movement…

We have to be honest with ourselves that it wasn't just a horrible night.

Doing so after the fiscal year begins makes no sense. We need to show the world that we can govern.

I want to follow up. In a hearing we had last week, I talked to the GPO Director, Mr. Halpern, about the implementation of access to congressionally mandated reports, a bill I was proud to sponsor. It has bipartisan support.
