The problems have existed on an ongoing basis, but I do think they've been made worse by the measures that the postmaster has put in place.
I am hoping that there is also communications with those in the technology side of this as the industry expands.
The notion of decreasing standards while increasing prices defies business logic, and it's really a disservice to the American people.
