Mike Bost: “I am prepared to close. I encourage all of my colleagues to support this bill, and I yield back the balance of my time.”

May I inquire of the Chair as to how much time is remaining. The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mrs. Miller-Meeks). The gentleman from Illinois has 4\1/2\ minutes remaining.

Someday, I would like to carry on this floor from our committee a bill that is actually sponsored by a Republican that my colleague can actually find totally good. We come out here every time, and he finds all the excuses of why this is…

At this time, I yield such time as he may consume to the gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Van Orden), who is the chief sponsor of the bill.

I take Secretary Collins at his word when he says there is no impact to the delivery of care, benefits, and services for veterans with this plan.
