The farm bill will not be passed in time to rescue this, I am sorry to say.
I urge this committee to take decisive action.
Simply put, the EPA under the Biden Administration does not understand American agriculture or rural America.
It is really disappointing that Administrator Regan wouldn't give Congress the same respect.
