The Clerk read as follows: Motion to Recommit Mr. Bost of Illinois moves to recommit the bill H.R. 4673 to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs. The material previously referred to by Mr. Bost is as follows: In section 2(b), strike ``the date of the enactment of this Act'' and insert ``the effective date of this Act''. In section 2(c), strike ``Not later than August 1, 2022'' and insert ``Subject to subsection (d), not later than August 1, 2022'' At the end, add the following: (d) Delayed Effective Date; Readiness Certification.--This Act, including the amendments made by this Act, shall not take effect until 30 days after the date on which the Secretary of Veterans Affairs submits to the Committees on Veterans' Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Senate a certification that the requirements of this Act may be carried out without requiring additional resources or disrupting services for veterans currently enrolled in the patient enrollment system under section 1705 of title 38, United States Code.
