I thank Senators Moran and Tester for helping us get this provision across the finish line.
I want to talk to you guys seriously, because you guys don't get--there is not a lot of people that have serious convers...
It is really disappointing that Administrator Regan wouldn't give Congress the same respect.
Creating a VA that is welcome to all veterans is one of my priorities.
